CABLE CROSS - SECTION

  1. Stranded wire (Galvanized steel).

  2. Primary coated optical fibre (Single mode / Multi mode)

  3. Tube Filling Compound – Thixotropic gel.

  4. Loose Tube – Polyamide/PBTP or other acceptable thermoplastic material.

  5. Central Strength Member – Fibre reinforced plastic rod.

  6. Water Blocking Media – Water Swellable Tape/Suitable Water Blocking Gel.

  7. Sheath – Black polyethylene.
