  4. Loose Tube - Thermoplastic material

  5. Dummy/filler ( if required )

  6. Central Strength Member - Fibre reinforced plastic rod

  7. Water Blocking Media - Water Swellable Tape / Suitable Water Blocking Gel

  8. Core Wrapping - Polyester tape.

  9. Inner Sheath - Black Polyethylene

  10. Armour - Corrugated Steel Tape.

  11. Outer Sheath - Black Polyethylene
