These are Solid / Cellular / Foam Skin Insulated, Individual Screened Twisted Pairs, PVC Sheathed, Screened Telecommunication Cables

APPLICATION

These are Screened PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) Cables used for digital equipment wiring to work up to 2 M bits/sec

FEATURES

Available in standard conductor sizes of 0.5mm diameter. Available in 1 Pair to 16 Pair and more if required. Meets the flammability test requirement as per IEC 332 (Part-1) TEC approved cable as per GR/WIR-04/02 Nov 2001

CABLE CONSTRUCTION

 

1. Solid/Foam Skin PE Insulated Copper
2. Pair wrapped with Polyester Tape & Al  Tape Screen with Drain Wire
3. Core Wrap (Polyester Tape)
4. Overall Screen (Al Mylar Tape) with drain  wire
5. Overall Wrap - Polyester Tape
6. PVC Sheath with Rip Cord

OPTION : 2 Each pair shall be Red for Wire-1 and Blue for Wire-2, with serial number of the pair viz. 1 to 10/16, marked at regular interval, on the outer surface of the Aluminium film used for Pair Screening.

NOTE : The given cable cross section and characteristics will change as per specifications desired by the customers.

STANDARD LENGTH : 500±50m packed in Wooden Drums. Available in 1 Pair, 10 Pair & 16 Pair. Other       sizes as per customer requirement can also be offered.
